Like all VanDyke Software products, SecureFX is available to download for a free 30-day evaluation. During most software trial periods, there is no support. However, VanDyke Software's support team will help to answer any questions that might arise during your evaluation of our secure file transfer program. Most of our customers who seek assistance during their evaluation find they need no further help once they purchase SecureFX.

If the SecureFX support you need involves software maintenance, you do not need to call or email our team to get information or access to updates. VanDyke Software releases updates regularly, many of which are free for SecureFX users with an eligible license.
