Order Information

Reseller Information

For complete orders, the following reseller information is needed:

  • Company name and address
  • Salesperson or contact
  • Method of payment (credit card, check, PO, wire transfer)
  • Purchase order number, if used

Customer/End-User Registration:

In order to provide quality customer support, manage upgrade licensing, and improve the software to meet customer needs, VanDyke registers all end users in a customer database at the time of purchase. Licenses are keyed to each customer's company and individual name, and this data is also used for support and upgrades. VanDyke Software needs your help to register licenses correctly so that we can continue to offer excellent support and customer service.

Corporate purchases should be under the corporate entity's name. Individual names can be placed on single licenses but are not required. If the organization is large, include a division or department name (Consulting Services, MIS, Personnel) in the registration information.
