Export Regulations
Strong encryption software products from VanDyke Software are under
U.S. government export control. VShell, SecureCRT, and SecureFX
are available for evaluation and license by most customers outside
the U.S. Orders for export will be checked to screen out countries
sanctioned by the U.S. government as well as "denied parties"
(see Exporting Encryption Software).
Therefore, complete customer address information is required. Encryption
software sales may also be regulated by the destination country.
