New features:

  - VRALib: Added the function Shell() to the IConnection object, 
    which provides a way to get a shell for the connection.
  - VRALib: Added new properties to the IRemoteExecute object that
    provide the ability to specify whether or not to use a PTY and
    the ability to turn on agent forwarding.
  - VRALib: Added ReadTimeOut and LastReadTimedOut properties to
    ITextStream.
  - VRALib: Added an optional parameter to the Shell() function 
    that specifies whether or not to request a PTY. 

Changes:

  - VRALib: In the FileTransferOperation object, when a file is opened
    for upload, it now uses mode 0x1a instead of mode 0x1b.
  - Windows: Entering the license data now registers the application
    for all users instead of only for the current user.

Bug fixes:

  - vsh: On Windows Vista and Windows 7, if "localhost" was
    specified for port forwarding, it resolved to an IPv6 address,
    which caused the port forward to fail.
  - vcp: vcp could return 0 when there was a transfer error.
  - vsftp: When an "ls" command was issued and the files had long
    names, the spacing of the output was not correct.
  - Windows: SSH2: With revocation checking on, SecureCRT reported
    that the certificate did not chain when Microsoft reported that
    it did.
