  - vsh/vsftp/vcp: When the remote host rejected the connection, the
    clients incorrectly reported the error "The specified network name
    is no longer available".

  - vsh/vsftp/vcp: Added --log option, which specifies that all output
    should be logged to a file.
  - Added MSI installer support.

Bug fixes:

  - vsh/vcp/vsftp: The clients did not handle standard input
    redirected from nul, which caused an incompatibility with CA
    AutoSys Workload Automation.
